Dr. Ashley Kimery was born on Long Island but moved to Northwest Arkansas at a young age (and considers herself an Arkansan). She attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and attended Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. Dr. Kimery’s medical interests include small animal internal medicine, dentistry, and emergency medicine. Outside of the veterinary hospital, you may find Dr. Kimery riding horses, enjoying all kinds of food, or taking a walk with her labrador mix, Maverick. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and cross-stitching. Becoming a veterinarian has been a dream of Dr. Kimery’s since she was 5 years old. It all started with a Christmas gift of a veterinary themed Barbie. The Barbie was tossed to the side so a young Dr. Kimery could play the role of the veterinarian and the rest is history.
